We have a private limited manufacturing unit in Maharashtra. We purchase goods from various states against C form by paying CST at the rate of 2 per cent. We also supply the finished goods to various states against C form at the rate of 2 per cent CST. Can we get the set-off for purchase of goods of CST while calculating payment of CST at the rate of 2 per cent? If 'Yes', against which circular or rule? If 'No', then how should we calculate payment of CST?
