Epson India recently organized its seventh Annual Logistics Meet 2010 in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The meeting was held to review the current year's performance and to discuss plans for the coming year. It was attended by the entire warehouse and logistics team of Epson in India. In addition Epson's logistics partners such as Forwarding, Clearing and Transport vendors attended the event.

The theme of the meet was 'Together we Save, Together we Win' and it focused on cost reduction and resource optimization.

T Sukumar, Dy Country Manager, Epson India addressed the team and gave tips on process improvement for the current year. Four Epson employees were awarded an incentive trip to Thailand for their excellent performance.

JK Suresh, General Manager - Commercial, Logistics and IT, Epson India said, "Our logistics project, Danush implemented during the past two years achieved cost reductions. While Danush will continue, we will also form a new project team to enforce process improvement for achieving new levels of efficiency and savings."
