APW President launches SmartRack

APW President Systems has introduced SmartRack, an enclosure solution designed for small and mid size businesses and branch offices. SmartRack is made entirely from steel. The vendor claims that it is economical and energy saving product. The other solutions of APW President include UNISERV, CYBERack, Patchrack, FlexiBox, Server Lifter and CL-Amp. SmartRack can house different models and sizes of servers and various devices like EPABX, networking and communication devices, and other devices that may not have a designated space in the layout. "The SmartRack is designed to fit into modern office environments seamlessly, while offering the economy and functionality of a mini-datacenter. It offers good rack design, has smart thermal and cable management features and allows for variety of servers and electronic equipment to be installed directly in one compact frame, eliminating the need for segregated data center space," says S Venkatraman, Assistant VP - Sales & Service, APW President Systems.
